Workin’ Like a DOG

With the 16th annual Take Your Dog to Work Day behind us, here at Custom Creatives, we decided to make a permanent position for a special pooch!

Meet Beckham, our office mascot.

Beckham is a feisty and inquisitive Chihuahua who joined our team after receiving a positive response from our staff! According to a research study, published in the International Journal of Workplace Health Management, dogs bring down stress levels and help make the workplace more satisfying for employees.

“The bottom line is that dogs in the workplace can make a positive difference,” said professor Randolph Barker of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Business School, who led the research study. Other benefits include increased productivity (our CEO’s favorite perk), increased comradery, and better attendance rates.
