At the beginning of this year G$D student and rockstar agency owner, Jennifer Thompson, was struggling to enjoy her work. She had dozens of clients and a steady stream of income, but something just wasn’t working for her.
She realized that it was time to make a change and work with new clients in order to bring joy back into her running her business. That was when she decided to move away from the chiropractic industry and towards working with HVAC businesses.
This major change found her navigating an entirely new niche and having trouble with generating leads.
When we first connect with Jennifer she had just started practically from scratch in this new niche. She had years of experience in sales and running businesses, but needed guidance to overcome her obstacles fast and without the guesswork of figuring it out on her own.

Moving into the HVAC niche was a major change for Jennifer and her agency. It meant not having a clear path towards success and many unknowns. But it was one that was absolutely worth it. It meant being able to start fresh with clients she enjoyed working with.
On our initial call with her, it became clear that she was very unsatisfied with the quality of clients she was working with. She was accepting work from all types of clients, without taking into consideration whether they were a good fit for her. It caused her to burn out and feel miserable while running her agency.
She already had her eyes on the HVAC industry and decided to double down on it in order to start working with better clients.

And once the momentum started flowing, it didn’t stop. At the time of our interview, she’d just closed 7 new clients over the course of a week and a half of work. This added $42k in monthly recurring revenue to her agency. Not to mention the hot leads still left in her pipeline.
Today, Jennifer is on fire as she continues to crush it with multiple closed contracts every single week.
