Leaving behind a stable corporate job to build your own business is one of the most terrifying—and rewarding—decisions an entrepreneur can make. Gabi Rolon did just that, and in a matter of weeks, she not only replaced her salary but surpassed it. This is her story.
For years, Gabi had built a strong career in business development and sales, handling much of her own marketing. But something was missing.
“I was tired of working in corporate America, not making a difference, and living by someone else’s decisions,” she explained. “I had relationships I built over years suddenly taken away from me because they weren’t mine—they belonged to the company. I wanted to take ownership of my work, my income, and my future.”
While she had already started her agency on the side, she hesitated to take the full leap. Imposter syndrome crept in. Could she really make it on her own? Was it the right time?

“There was one day I logged into a call, and I didn’t even have a question—I just started crying. But having that space to unload and get support was everything I needed,” she shared.

“I have a standing call with Paula every week where we just word vomit everything we’re going through. Having that support system is what gets you through the valleys.”
Now, Gabi is scaling faster than she ever imagined. She’s found her sweet spot—helping businesses integrate AI-powered automation into their operations—and she’s closing deals left and right.
“I’m no longer chasing clients; they’re coming to me. I still actively prospect, but it’s no longer the biggest part of my day,” she said.
Looking back, she has one piece of advice for anyone still hesitating to take action:
“There is no right time. The right time is now.”
