In the early hours of what was a forebodingly foggy morning in Agoura Hills, CA, disaster struck as Custom Creatives company president Rahul Alim accidentally microwaved a sandwich for ten minutes.

There was no fire, but the entire building at 30141 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills was filled with a smoky haze and the unmistakable smell of the charred ashes of what used to be a somewhat nutritious breakfast.
